Mission
One offer in. A complete, compliant campaign out. Every run makes the next one better.
Purpose
The future of dealership marketing will not be defined by larger agencies or more disconnected software. It will be defined by intelligent systems that eliminate friction, move faster, learn continuously, and let marketing teams focus on strategy instead of operations. Not by replacing people, but by removing everything that slows them down.
Vision
Our vision is one offer in, a complete campaign out, continuously learning, so dealership groups can stop chasing their media operation and start running it.
What sets AutoAddy apart
Automotive only
Rooftop brand kits, vehicle libraries, and OEM and co-op compliance are the product, not an add-on.
One closed loop
Offer, research, creative, approval, deployment, and results run in one system, so nothing is lost between tools.
Built by operators
The team has lived the approval chains, compliance packets, and OEM drop calendars the product runs.
Principles
01
Operators, not theater
Say exactly what the system does, in the words of the people who run dealership marketing.
02
Compliance is a feature
Every asset is checked against OEM and co-op rules before anyone is asked to approve it.
03
Speed with receipts
Fast only counts when it is right: every price, claim, and disclaimer traces back to the offer.
04
Every campaign teaches the next
Results flow back into the next run, so the system gets sharper the more it is used.
Mission statement
AutoAddy exists to give every dealership group a media operation that runs itself: one offer in, a complete, compliant campaign out, and a little smarter after every run.
AutoAddy is the marketing operating system built exclusively for automotive dealership groups and their agencies. It replaces the fragmented inbox-and-agency workflow dealerships have relied on for decades with one intelligent system: from OEM offer to market intelligence, creative production, OEM and co-op compliance, deployment, and performance. Its Creative Factory generates coordinated campaign assets, including cinematic short-form video; its Media House runs the library, approvals, and compliance; and AdOps / Mission Control deploys spend and explains results in plain English. Every campaign compounds into the next. Learn more at www.autoaddy.com.
Short
AutoAddy is the marketing operating system for automotive retail. It turns a single OEM offer into a complete, compliant campaign (creative, video, landing pages, ads, and performance) in minutes, then learns from every run. Built exclusively for dealership groups. www.autoaddy.com
Writing guidelines
Intent
Write like the operator in the room: specific, calm, and accountable. Name the offer, the rooftop, the deadline, and the result.
Tone of voice
Operators, not theater
Plain words, real numbers, no hype. If a sentence would survive a dealer principal asking “meaning what?”, it's on brand.
Name the specifics: the OEM offer, the rooftop, the selling window, the CPL.
Write AutoAddy as one word, with a capital A twice.
Say what the system did and what it saved the team.
Use sentence case for headlines; the logo alone is all caps.
Don't lean on vague hype like “AI-powered synergy.”
Don't write Auto Addy, Autoaddy, or AA in external copy.
Don't call AutoAddy an agency or a generic AI writer.
Don't imply NVIDIA endorsement, or put NVIDIA marks in an AutoAddy lockup.

Visual Identity
Brand marks
Two chevrons, one inside the other. The gray stroke is the operation, the green stroke is the offer moving through it, and together they read as the A in AutoAddy, pointing up.
The mark stacked over the wordmark, for square and stacked placements such as title slides and social avatars with room to breathe.
The AUTOADDY wordmark, the default for dark backgrounds, decks, headers, and email signatures.
The nested chevron on its own, for app-adjacent uses, avatars, favicons, and slide corners.
Clear space
Keep clear space of at least the height of the inner chevron on every side.
Minimum size
Minimum digital width: 120 px for the mark, 180 px for the horizontal lockup.
Vertical lockupx = the height of the inner chevronHorizontal lockupx = the cap height of the wordmarkMarkx = the height of the inner chevron
Backgrounds
The color logo lives on Ink, Surface, and dark photography with a calm area behind it. On light backgrounds, use the black logo.
Co-branded work uses the horizontal lockup, linked to the partner’s mark with a graphic “×” at equal visual weight. Never place NVIDIA marks in an AutoAddy lockup.

Imagery and motion
Show the real product. Dark UI is on brand, so never invert a screenshot. Motion is quiet and electrical: a current along an edge, a slow breath of light. Never a light sweep across content.

Electrical rim A current travels the border while something is live. The content itself stays still.

Breathing glow A slow 3.6 s breath of light on a word that’s waiting. It never fades out of reach.
